Question 1

Is longhornsurvey com the official LongHorn survey?

Accepted Answer

The survey is connected to LongHorn Steakhouse guest feedback, and it is typically linked from the receipt. To be safe, compare the domain on your receipt with the site you are using before entering any information.

Question 2

Do I need a receipt to take the survey?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. The code printed on the receipt is what starts the survey, so keep the receipt until you finish.

Question 3

How long does the survey take?

Accepted Answer

Most guests finish within a few minutes, though the length depends on how many questions appear and how much detail you add in your comments.

Question 4

What if my code expired?

Accepted Answer

Contact the restaurant location you visited or LongHorn's guest relations team. They may be able to explain your options, though they cannot always reactivate an expired code.

Question 5

Can I take the survey without visiting the restaurant?

Accepted Answer

Generally, no. The invitation is tied to a specific purchase, which is why the receipt is required.

Question 6

Does the survey guarantee a reward?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Read the terms shown during the survey, since any reward depends on those rules.
